Jojo Space (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides clients with custom video and voice content using a combination of creative input and third-party AI tools. We do not own or operate any of the AI-generation tools directly.
2. Services Provided
Jojo Space offers services including, but not limited to:
AI-generated video creation (via third-party platforms)
AI-generated voiceovers
Scripting, consulting, and content planning
All deliverables are created using third-party AI tools licensed or accessible to Jojo Space, and customized for your needs.
3. Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information
Obtain all necessary rights for any content (text, images, etc.) you provide to us
Use the final content legally and responsibly
You may not request us to produce content that is illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
- All final work delivered to you is yours to use commercially, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You retain rights to original materials you provide.
- We retain the right to showcase completed (non-confidential) work in our portfolio unless you explicitly opt out.
Note: Any third-party AI tools used in content creation may have their own licenses. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand and agree with their terms where applicable.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
- Work typically begins after payment is received.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced, but we will always aim to resolve issues fairly.
6. Turnaround and Revisions
Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the start of your project.
Reasonable revisions are included in most packages. Excessive revisions may incur additional fees, which will be discussed in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jojo Space offers services including, but not limited to:
AI-generated video creation (via third-party platforms)
AI-generated voiceovers
Scripting, consulting, and content planning
All deliverables are created using third-party AI tools licensed or accessible to Jojo Space, and customized for your needs.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use personal information.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any project or client relationship at our discretion if:
You breach these Terms
You engage in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior
You may also terminate the project at any time, though cancellation fees may apply depending on the project’s progress.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
